Being new in class; challenges and advantages.

Being new in the class it can be good and bad.

Good things:
 When someone comes new in the class he/she learns new things and gets new friends and it's interesting  to know about each other, about his/her country family and more...

Bad things:
it's hard to be new in the class, because he/she doesn't know about the students, language, how to be in the class with other students. And it takes a long time to be effective in the class,  at the lessons and more things.
